- ➤ Rio Grande Valley nutritionist Dr. Andie Lee Gonzalez explained that the new federal dietary guidelines, released this week, encourage eating fresh fruits and veggies, proper portions, and budget-friendly home-cooked meals while advising to limit ultra-processed foods (chips, sodas, candy).
