- ➤ McAllen High girls soccer and Juarez-Lincoln boys soccer teams were eliminated in their regional semifinal matchups today — postgame highlights show both teams competed strongly before ending their runs. KRGV
- ➤ The RGV Vipers beat the Memphis Hustle 121 to 107 at Bert Ogden Arena on Thursday, boosting their Western Conference standings. Daishen Nix recorded a triple double with 33 points + 10 rebounds + 12 assists as the team gained sole possession of third place with one game remaining. KRGV
- ➤ UTRGV Vaqueros baseball team returns to the Rio Grande Valley today for a three-game series against Texas A and M Corpus Christi starting at 7:00 p.m. The team will also honor its 2026 UTRGV Hall of Fame with a ceremonial first pitch before the game. KRGV
