- ➤ Irene Garza from McAllen is asking for help finding her family photo albums lost when her Mission storage unit—located on Griffin Parkway and Conway Avenue—was auctioned after she missed payments. Her granddaughter Niana Gutierrez supports the search and hopes someone will return the priceless memories. KRGV
ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ A motorcyclist died on Sunday around 3:30 p.m. at the 2200 block of East Griffin Parkway when a black truck struck his bike and police are investigating the scene. KRGV
CRIME NEWS
- ➤ U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested six Mexican nationals suspected of being in the country illegally at the Alamo Flea Market on Sunday—one of the individuals had a prior arrest for attempted capital murder—and agents questioned local business owners during the operation. KRGV
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Officials released runoff election results from June 3 in Cameron and Hidalgo counties+ the report outlined outcomes for contested local races. KRGV
