- ➤ Texas Tropical Behavioral Health has opened a new 12-bed Diversion Center in Hidalgo County to help people with mental health crises brought in by law enforcement or emergency responders. The center provides brief, expert evaluations and treatment for up to 23 hours and is a pilot program that may expand to other areas. MyRGV.com
