- ➤ The Mission Police Department announced a new internship for college students studying psychology, criminal justice, social work or data analysis—designed to boost the mental health unit’s community response. Applicants must be enrolled in college and submit their applications by August 25th. FOX RGV
- ➤ Texas Sen. Adam Hinojosa—representing District 27—has secured posters of the 10 Commandments for schools to meet Senate Bill 10 requirements, with no cost to the districts. The printed posters will be delivered before the new school year begins on Sept. 1. KRGV
